The purpose of this role is to deal with enquirers from corporate clients, helps solve their problems and advise them on how's the best to use the company's services.
-Implementing sales procedures with new customers in order to meet personal and team goals
-Expert in Telemarketing and warm sales
-Analyzing and prospecting clients' needs
-Suggesting appropriate packages based on client's need
-Consulting with clients to find their requirements
-Documenting and keeping database in CRM
- Identifying new prospects through cold calling and lead generation
-Training customers how to use purchased packages
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in online services.
-Relevant training or qualification in area of sales, marketing and branding is an asset
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software and CRM
-Professional in oral communication
-Fluent in English Language
-Ability to work under pressure
