Providing customers with their requests including the offers, proforma invoices and invoices Supporting customer requests Keeping customer’s connection with the company periodically Following customer’s payments Making phone contacts with potential and actual customers Coordination with the accounting department regarding the payment procedures Preparing reports periodically and in case of requirement
