- Sales expert for the provinces of the country (Except Tehran and Alborz)
- Goal market identification
- Phone answering to incoming calls
- Record customer information, results and following up invoices and contracts
- Follow up and reviewing customer contracts
- Pursue customer accounts
- Keep in touch with customers
- Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports to the sales manager
- Cooperate in developing strategies for the company to produce, distribute and sell products
- Negotiate with lost customers in order to detect and analyze the reasons of stopping co-operation
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client
- Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
- Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research
- Dominating the principles of negotiation methods
