The purpose of this role is to deal with enquirers from corporate clients, helps solve their problems and advise them on how's the best to use the companys' services.
Main responsibilities include:
-Implementing sales procedures with new customers in order to meet personal and team goals
-Proficients in Telemarketing and warm sales
-Prospects/client needs analysis
-Suggesting appropriate packages based on clients needs
-Consulting with clients to find their requirements
-Documents and keeps a database in CRM
- Identifying new prospects through cold calling and lead generation
-Training customers how to use purchased packages
-Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in online services.
-Relevant training or qualification in area of sales,marketing and branding is an asset
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software
-Professional in oral communication
-Ability to work under pressure
