Job Description

- Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and agents - Regular visits of doctors / agents to monitor products availability (For Medical Representative Position); - Manages sales promotion of assigned products; - Maintains a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer any question regarding the products; - Expected to increase sales to the maximum and maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area; - Solves any issue with doctors and agents within the assigned area; - Surveys market demands and reports to the company; - Inspects doctors and agent in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability; - Participates in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs - Prepares detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities; - Deals with opinion leaders and gets market feedback; - Solves any problem with doctors and agent within her/his area; - Identifies business opportunities within the respective area; - Showing high cooperation to reach marketing plans in market as qualified as possible. - Achieve targeted coverage of assigned area of Doctors and agents.

Requirements

- Skilled person in preparing planes and analysis/functional report - Being familiar with medical device and pharmaceutical market - University Qualifications: At least BS in relevant majors 2 year related experience - Computer skills and ICDL certification - Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3-12 months experience in relevant field. - Specialist knowledge: knowledge of body anatomy. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: team working spirit, self -confident and self-motivation. - Flexible (in working hours, work conditions, travels) - Ability to work extra time when necessary - Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, problem solving and organizational skill - being responsible and having ability to work with minimum supervision - Computer skills of sales & CRM software - Ideal Age: 25-35
