Job Description

The purpose of this role is to deal with enquirers from corporate clients, helps solve their problems and advise them on how's the best to use the companys' services. Main responsibilities include: -Implements sales procedures with new customers in order to meet personal and team goals -Proficients in Telemarketing and warm sales -Prospects/client needs analysis -Suggests appropriate packages based on clients needs -Consults with clients to find their requirements -Documents and keeps a database in CRM - Identifies new prospects through cold calling and lead generation -Trains customers how to use purchased packages
