- Responding to customers and providing them with the needed support with telegram. Printing, packaging and sending the products. - Learning new issues on a monthly basis and sharing them with other members of the team. - Making Monthly reporting of the improvements in the system as well as personal knowledge. - Working with the new software taught in the company.

Requirements

Candidates must: - Have at least 1_ 2 years of work experience in customer service. - Being creative & intelligent. - Have full command in Excel and Word software. - Have mastery in English language. - Have mastery in working with the computer, the Internet, social networks and CRM. - Able to administrate a website. - Eager to read and learn new issues related to their job. - Be highly interested in marketing. - Be accurate, energetic and smart and work like Japanese people. - Field of study is not important.
