Job Description
Objective:
Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Main responsibilities:
• Serving existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing meetings or communicating with existing or potential customers.
• Prepares price quotations and submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
