Job Description

Je Monde needs a team of motivated, results-driven Sales experts to join our domestic sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Expert will part of go to market team of Sales Associates. If you are competitive, financially motivated and capable of learning new area of sales, we’re excited to talk with you. List of responsibilities: • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of new markets and plan to penetrate accordingly • Execute the program on 500+ accounts across all domestic sales channels • Provide on-the-ground support for sales activities as they generate leads and close new deals • GTM and meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and offer related product / service • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics • Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to Sales Director Reporting to: Sales Director Length of Probation Period: 3 months

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field • 2+ years’ B2B sales experience • 1+ years in field direct sales position • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong decision-making abilities • Able to commute across the city every day. • Aggressive sales and result oriented personality
