Job Description

In this position sales expert must sell our laboratory’s products, goods, and services to customers. Sales expert are responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling. Our ideal sales expert has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows, it’s essential that our sales expert be approachable and professional. Job Responsibilities - Sales order creation and follower. - Maintaining accurate records - Developing markets by attracting new customers. - Identify potential customers for products or services. - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. - Capable of Communicate in sales purpose (B2B style) - Identify customer needs in CRM and provide best practices - Analyze market, provide marketing strategies and marketing plans. - Providing sales reports Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets to assist management

Requirements

- Knowledge and experience in B2B and Active Sales. - Recommend changes where necessary to improve company sales. - Create and develop techniques to enhance sales. - Creative mind in selling. - Team player - Active and energetic - Good in Principles and techniques of negotiation - Experienced in (re)search - Fluent in operational / analytical and collaborative CRM concepts - Good knowledge of Telecommunication business is highly appreciated. - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. - Committed to objectives and result driven - Ability to delegate appropriately - Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts - Capable and willing to work in new and changing environments - Capable of building strong professional relationships - Proactive and highly motivated - Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MBA/EMBA degree is preferred. - Minimum Experience: 3 years of marketing experience in the laboratory business. - English writing, reading, listening and speaking must be fluent. - Computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet browsing skills.
