- Negotiate and close sales by agreement terms
- Follow up sales process from start to end
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Prepare sales reports and keeping customer records
- Meet seasonal sales targets
- Support sales and marketing activities by attending trade shows, meetings, conferences, and other sales and marketing events
- Resolve customer complaints by recording problems, proposing and finalizing solutions with clients, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Create and lead the sales network in the assigned region
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on sales trends in the assigned regions
- Establish and maintain a close relationship with clients and partners
- Develop relationships with new customers
- Close the deal and receiving purchase orders from clients
- Issue sales documents and follow up the payments with the clients
