Job Description
● Find and develop new markets and improve sales, particularly: Attract new customers.
● Increase the sales value of current customers, and increase the profitability of the sales value.
● Obtain new leads and prospective customers.
● Communicate, contact, meet and visit customers.
● Prepare, adjust and give sales presentations to prospective customers.
● Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, payment and credit terms, availability, and logistics. Also, address customers’ concerns and deal with customers’ objections until closing the sale.
● Request, follow up, and review quotations/proposals/contracts that are required to be submitted to customers.
● Meet personal and team sales targets.
● Create and present sales performance reports.
● Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
● Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and ensure buyer satisfaction with the service.
● Enhance and develop business relationships with potential and existing clients.
● Ensure that sales targets are attained and focus needs to be on bringing new clients on board regularly.
● Create financial projections for growth and profitability in coordination and agreement with the sales manager.
