Job Description
Main Responsibilities are:
- Build close working relationship between company and customers.
- Obtain new customers through sales "hunting" activity, correctly assessing the prospective account as Profitable, Significant or Strategic in order to secure winning business opportunities.
- Understand the needs of customers.
- Present company service products professionally to customers by different ways especially face-to-face.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Respond to incoming inquiries.
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Reporting all activities such as Visits, Cold Calls, Follow up calls etc. in CRM system.
- Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed company set Targets and KPI .
- Report to management in agreed intervals on market development, working and buying platform.
