Job Description
- Follow up sales leads and sustain good relations with customers
- Research and identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals based on agreement terms
- Able to answer customers' technical questions as well as product uses, prices and availability
- identify prospective customers by using business directories, follow leads from existing customers and attend conferences and trade shows. Preparing invoices, PI, sales contracts, sales reports, and presentation with the cooperation.
- Planning and doing sales negotiation and developing the sales and tracking PI and following sales until getting results.
- Ability to present the company services and products to the customers.
- Answer customer's questions about products, prices availability or credit terms.
- Monitoring customers support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process.
- Identifying the new potential customers and build customer relationships.
- Achieving set volume sales targets
- Market visits.
- Closely fallow market and competitor activities in the industries.
- Reporting to L department manager. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets - Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules
- Recording orders and sending details to the reporting manager
- Giving feedback on sales trends
