Job Description

- Main Objective: -Sales engineer supports a set of business and administrative activities and processes that help a sales team works effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives. Sales support utilizes skills to make certain that all sales people have the proper equipment or literature to do their job. •Main Responsibilities: -Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates -Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals -Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences -Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes -Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required -Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data -Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion -Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients -Monitoring customer accounts -Keeping track of sales targets and debt collection -Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team -Archiving sales documents -Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering - Two years of product technical sales experience - Ideal Age: Between 24 to 34 - Good customer care skills - Accuracy and attention to detail - Good organizational skills - Good computer and keyboard skills - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Ability to work independently and as a team - Good administrative skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
