Job Description
● Plan and set strategies to achieve targets.
● Compile and analyze sales and marketing figures.
● Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance.
● Draw data from multiple sources, understand and draw insights out, and build a strategy.
● Generate leads with businesses and companies, follow up until deal closure, further monitor customer performance over time.
● Monitor operations, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement to develop the market size.
● Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and ensure buyer satisfaction with the service.
● Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in-store in the assigned area(s).
