Job Description
-Set and manage annual sales targets, develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
-Forecast stock needed to drive selling
-Business analysis& react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities
-Using key account management techniques to implement and develop sales scheme in retail, wholesale and modern trade channels with the aim of maximizing sales volumes
-Propose sales KPIs and track ongoing results
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
-Motivate sales team members to comply with all appropriate rules and regulations and meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals
-Train and manage a team of sales managers, sales supervisors, promoters and beauty advisors supervisor, sales representatives, Merchandisers and cash& credit collection supervisor to ensure an unified sales force
-Liaise with marketing and business development departments to ensure brand consistency
-Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
