Requirements
• BS/MS in related fields (MBA is preferred).
• At least 10 years of work experiences including 5 years of Sales directory.
• Working experiences in FMCG industry is preferred.
• Skills: Selling or Influencing Others, Persuasion Speaking and negotiation. Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships. Thinking Creatively. Making Decisions and Solving Problems. Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing. Coaching and Developing Others Specialist. Data Driven and good Systematic thinking.
• Knowledge: Professional knowledge of sales and customer services.
• Advanced in English language.
• Excellent Computer skills.
