Job Description

- Communicate the reports and received e-mails with the sales team while they are not available to reply and follow up - Making documents filing and mail clerk administration - Be in contact with the sales team to communicate received orders - Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports of each Region/Area - Providing reports to upper-level managers about the administration jobs in the region - Arrange travels, booking tickets, accommodation, transports, and arranging for required foreign currency for the higher-level manager and his fellow travelers - Do the required searching for the higher-level manager request - Execution of requested jobs by the higher-level manager

Requirements

• Fluent in Turkish (Istanbul) and English • MS Office proficiency • Excellent communication and organization skills. • Ability to be multi-task and strong and problem-solving attitude. • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. • Friendly and professional manner • Teamwork • Documentation
