Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Sales Development Manager to assist our company in expanding our customer base, coverage and distribution. The Sales Development Manager's responsibilities include generating potential leads, attract potential customers, facilitating sales and enabling sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities: • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers or to solicit new potential customers. • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met. • Improving the efficiency of sales team in various sales channels including supermarkets, pharmacies, galleries, wholesalers and hypermarkets. • Planning for presenting and introducing new goods in order to expand the customer’s scope. • Providing viable solutions to sales agents to eliminate predicaments, barriers and develop retail sales network. • Providing ongoing training to develop the skills of salespeople, supervisors and managers towards the company's goals.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. • At least 10 years of experience in FMCG industry. • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication maybe advantageous. • Strong communication, interpersonal, team working, and customer service skills. • Good time management and analytical skills. • Familiarity with supply chain principles ranging from distribution, planning to demand and supply of goods. • Good computer literacy skills.
