Job Description

In Digikala we have different verticals and business units, each has many different unsolved questions requiring tailor-made solutions based on their dynamics. We need a creative data-driven mind in Commercial Planning and Reporting team to work in a dynamic environment, not only to provide us with analytical solutions but also to address problems and work on them to help the team to optimize their performance. This position requires excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and strong presentation skills. Sales Data Analyst is responsible for planning, defining, and monitoring business KPIs, exploring data for interesting insights, etc. Responsibilities ● Sales planning. ● Analyze sales patterns and find opportunities to increase sales. ● Study the customer in terms of purchase behavior. ● Categorize customers and sellers in different segments. ● Analyze the business operation in terms of cost and income. ● Work independently to investigate and mine for interesting insights. ● Benchmark best practices and monitor competitors’ activities. ● Provide reports and presentations based on occasions.

Requirements

● 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role. ● Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Very strong numerical and analytical skills. ● Ability to think critically and creatively. ● Demonstrated project management skill. ● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. ● Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. ● Knowledge of the E-commerce industry is preferred.
