Job Description

- This position is responsible for saving and retaining supporters by - Collaborating with other departments to resolve their demands & needs - If necessary, The Specialist will be required to educate & offer - Products and services in the way that would most satisfy the supporter. Responsibilities - safekeeping and retention of our current supporters & increasing the - amount of their supports and retaining supporters looking to leave - Resolve customer complaints/concerns through active listening, empathy and professionalism. - Professional and quality presentation of savings-banks & services in a courteous and sincere manner. - Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals continuously. - Maintain and provide information to new supporters regarding billing inquiries and procedures. - Share successes and new ideas with team members in order to achieve both individual and team goals.

Requirements

- At least 25 years old holding bachelor's degree - Ideal candidates must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a Challenging sales environment. - Must be able to handle difficult audiences in a professional manner and build supporter loyalty. - Must have strong negotiating experience and skill. - Ability to learn various skills and information quickly. - Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales environment preferred. - Strong computer skills using Windows based systems and internet
