Job Description

● Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. ● Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. ● Prepare and send out introduction letters to clients and potential buyers, follow up further to generate leads. ● Prepare presentations, content, and media for sales purposes. ● Conduct market surveys and prepare SWOT reports. ● Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. ● Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. ● Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. ● Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. ● Attend meetings and site visits relating to the sales activities as required.

Requirements

● Good communication skills. ● Great teamwork abilities. ● Good analytical skills. ● Content creation abilities. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination. ● Strong negotiation, collaboration and team working skills. ● Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills. ● Positive attitude, passion and commitment. ● Strong computer skills (MS Office is a must).
