Job Description

- Providing administrative and executive services for the company's sales team. - Preparing financial and arrears reports, orders and all requested reports for the national sales manager. - Preparing and arranging reports and charts and performing the necessary analysis of sales-related activities. - Answering unit telephones, transmitting their requests, complaints and criticisms to the regional manager and sellers. - Preparing and delivering inventory list to centers. - Analyzing the results obtained from the implementation of the goals and reviewing the existing goals and procedures in order to continuously improve the affairs. - Training newcomer support staff with the organization and controlling their work

Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor • Field of study: Industries, Business Management • Master the registration, issuance and control of sales reports • Familiarity with sales techniques • Familiarity with the company's products Skills required: • Pay attention to detail • Time Management • Planning and organizing • Responsibility • Negotiation skills • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
