Job Description
-Coordination with planning & production
-Receive PO and order registration
-Order confirmation
-Monthly and weekly, daily shipping plan
-Update sales forecast
-Follow up customer claim
-Prepare OTC
-Follow up customer payment aligned with finance
-Archive all the trail invoice OTC sample
-Prepares and analyses customer satisfaction from every 6 months with coordination of sales manager
-Prepare Periodical sales Reports (as per company requirements)
-Supporting Sales Manager with New Business Development
-Prospects region to develop new partnerships
-Creates network within industry to enhance opportunities for new business
-Supporting Sales Manager with Existing Business
-Manage multiple National accounts
-Responsible for representing the company on a commercial level
