Job Description

•Main Objective: -Supporting the sales team and assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, external distributors, representatives and agents. -Responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for the everyday operation of the system and fulfillment of the company offers. -Resolving all complex inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction. •Main Responsibilities: -Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers -Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements -Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets -Maintaining an efficient work environment -Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach -Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings -Send and receive all correspondence, faxes and emails related to the Sales team. (When appropriate) -Ensure good networking with Local consultants and service providers for necessary support -Gate Control and Gate Pass Management- both Returnable and Non-Returnable. -Admin jobs in compliance with sales team needs and requirements (typing, reports, and presentations) -Answering all Sales Team phone calls and providing assistance to the caller. (Operating the switchboard) -Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person and answering or referring inquiries -Coordinate Sales and correspondence between Factory, office and customers and ensure delivery to customer’s site -Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer -Arrange for and coordinate driver delivery, courier and postal services -Arrange lunch and refreshments for meetings/guests as required -Ensure to maintain adequate levels of office supplies and stationery needs as per business requirements, and record inventory details accordingly -Ensure that any maintenance-related matters in the office are quickly communicated to the relevant parties – internally and externally with prior approval -Assist office staff with flight bookings, ensuring requests are in line with business requirements -Assist with and maintain records of hotel bookings for staff travelling into the country, where required -All arrangements associated with conferences, including hotels, catering, and transportation -Implement processes to ensure/ monitor the HSE compliance as per the company guidelines -Reporting to: Sales Manager & General Manager -Length of Probation Period: 3 months *Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.

Requirements

-B.S. in any major -Related work experience is preferred -Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills -Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with the power to prioritize and multitask -Other certifications obtained: ICDL (preferred) -Advanced in Microsoft Excel & Word -Working knowledge of English Language -Gender Preference: Female
