Job Description
-Communicating with sales team for position of sales
-Maintaining and updating the status of sales orders, inventory levels, sales transactions and other sales records data in a database, as a basis for reports to the senior management team
-Upkeep of a client database
-Collecting, analyzing and filing visit reports from the sales team
-Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analyses and dashboards
-Preparing invoices, sales contracts, tender documents, sales reports, and presentations with the cooperation of all involved departments
-Following up on the account status of existing customers
-Assisting with the coordination of sales meetings and activities
