Job Description

- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence - Provide general administrative support - Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports - Maintaining schedules and calendars - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to relevant person - Handling guests, customers and clients - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, and packages)

Requirements

- College/University degree in English or business management - A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive assistant - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills - Aptitude to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Familiar with All sales Affairs, order placement procedures, shipments and custom clearance. - Good communication skill - Initiative in undertaking routine assignments/projects without direct supervision - Leading and helping sales team - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Fluency in English - Very good team work skills
