Description: ● Generate customer demand for vegetable seeds relevant to the assigned geography of responsibility to support the Sales in achieving or exceeding their sales Vegetable Seeds targets ● Ensure demo field trials are executed and visited by customers in alignment with campaign plans ● Provides feedback from Demo trials to the R&D trialing officer & product managers ● Oversee the performance of pre-commercial trials with Trialing officers and the Product manager by regular visits ● Support new products launches, execute the campaigns by delivering the key messages and promo materials to customers ● be the technical reference for the assigned vegetable crops: provide technical support on varieties to customers and commercial unit sales team + Marketing operations (trial visits, presentation, and technical document) ● Collect market/competitor information and information on varieties performance and provide them to TER Product managers ● Identifies customer needs and will identify resources to ensure successful outcome ● Handle the technical side of the customers complaints ● Participation in local crop meetings and key member of the respective local crop unit ● Provides technical training & development to seed dealers and other relevant channel partners ● Key interfaces: Product managers, Sales Reps, Marketing operations, Key Account manager, and Trialing officers

Requirements

Qualifications: ● Agricultural university degree ● With strong agronomic and sales experience in Vegetable, above 3 years of work experience ● Some marketing experience could be a plus ● Good knowledge of the Vegetables Seeds market and customer needs ● Native Persian language with at least basic English language ● Focus on customers ● Communicate with impact ● Collaborate across boundaries ● Build a culture of innovation ● Understand customer needs ● Understand market dynamics and competitive environment ● Strong agronomic seeds background & experience ● Deep understanding of product behavior and performance ● Very good communication and presentation skills ● Good sales influence skills ● Develop/deliver innovative, customer-driven offers ● Create strong, distinctive crop campaigns ● Travelling up to 80% for customer & trial visits in different areas
