- Supervise medical representative in order to achieve monthly sales volume objectives
- Plan and direct medical representative
- Training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
- Update product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation.
- Review operational records and reports to marketing manager .
- Monitoring sales and marketing activities via double visit
- Being mostly in the field ( 70%of time spent in the field )
- Provide reports and plans
- Update on competitors activities
