Job Description
● Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team.
● Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including operations, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement.
● Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
● Compile and analyze sales and marketing figures.
● Plan, lead, and control all sales activities to develop business profitability and growth objectives.
● Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
● Identify and search for new sales channels and suggest new solutions to increase sales.
● Provide solutions to increase sales.
● Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
● Define KPIs for the sales and marketing department while analyzing the performance of each sales expert.
● Make executive reports for the managing board and also design systematic reports for better performance.
