Job Description
● Developing and implementing competitive marketing and sales strategies for sustainable sales growth.
● Leading and managing the sales team while training them to improve their sales and negotiation abilities, and therefore their sales.
● Providing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports and analyses to the management.
● Cooperating with the research and development, financial, procurement, and storage departments to ensure smooth delivery of goods based on the customers’ requirements.
● Managing relationships with customers by exploiting a wide variety of means such as CRM software, customer analysis, and strategic selling tools.
● Designing and executing marketing campaigns including online and offline such as exhibitions, advertisements, and digital marketing activities.
● Leading the marketing activities such as marketing strategy, market research, and digital content production.
● Monitoring and improving the sales processes to ensure the sales system is working properly and reduce customer complaints.
● Defining KPIs for the sales and marketing department while analyzing the performance of each sales expert.
● Keeping each staff motivated during the volatility of the market and all the ambiguity businesses face.
● Making executive reports for the managing board and also designing systematic reports for better performance of salespeople.
