• Making good spirit in all supervisor and sale department and Organize sales staff schedules.
• Proving high enthusiastic in sale team.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Solution recommendations.
• Determining & reporting sales KPIs and performance
• Follow up with payments and accounts receivables
• Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager.
• Continuous market monitoring, sales statistics and market research results analysis.
• Providing and implementing a marketing plan (including promotional campaigns and ongoing marketing activities) with respect to brand strategies.
• Establishing appropriate communication and close cooperation with all units including production, sales, distribution for the preparation and implementation of the marketing plan.
• Helping to define new products based on the competitive position of products and competitors in the market.
• Providing and implementing the launch of new products plan.
• Working closely with the Marketing team to provide and propose price, incentives and discounts plans.
• Track market intelligence via attending related trade shows, industry news, etc. to identify new opportunities. Analyze new opportunity under market conditions and prepare market studies accordingly
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Ensure the Group's sales and marketing information system is routinely updated.
