Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitoring day-to-day sales, and forecasting to better understand the market - Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales - Stay up-to-date on current market trends - Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections - Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals - Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers - Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition - Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration - Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example - Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value - Vibrant and proactive individual proficient in streamlining marketing approach to connect with target consumers. - Keeps track of sales team’s performance metrics; evaluates data and initiates action to improve potential weakness in sales process - Outstanding skills sales techniques in international and national markets – Outstanding negotiation skills (B2B)

Requirements

- Education: Business, Marketing, MBA, Architecture and Interior Architecture and Decoration Requirements: - Certified marketing professional with a Master’s degree in marketing and sales. - Outstanding skills sales techniques in international and national markets – Outstanding negotiation skills (B2B) – Fluent in English – Being Responsible, - Being active, - National markets analysis skills - Two years experience minimum - Academic Degree: M.A. / P.H.D. - Gender Preference: Female / Male
