Job Description
• Ability to plan for sale targets and the strategy to achieve them
• Ability to manage the sales team to achieve the targets
• Ability to train and guide the employees to improve their sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to find the problems of selling cycle and be able to resolve it
- Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Act as a leader and facilitator within the company
- Develop and implement product go-to-market plans with all departments to execute
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
-Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns with sales activities
-Find new markets and the best practice to approach
- Overseeing the company marketing budget
-Analyze and evaluate the competitors
-Design social media strategy and to control and provide reports of their effectiveness
