Job Description

- Planning, Establishing and Supervising on Sales and marketing strategies of the company - Defining annual sales goals - Participating in planning procedure of reaching annual sales goals - Supervising on execution of sales goals of the company - Attending and solution providing in internal sales development meetings - Attending in direct meetings with customers - Supervising and conducting sales team of the company - Preparing periodic analysis reports for directing manager from different sales departments - Analyzing the periodic reports to find out about any deviation and deflection from the sales plan - Analyzing the reasons of any deviation or deflection from the plan and establishing related catch-up plan -
