Job Description
Sales and marketing manager responsible for:
-Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets
-Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market
-Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses-Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales
-Negotiating and closing deals with client
-Arranging and attending client meetings
-Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients
-Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies
-Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy process
-Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development
-Reporting to CEO on the performance of the quality management system
