Job Description
• Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
• manages sales team and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the related employees.
• Creates action plan and effectively manages Sales supervisors and sales staff
• Monitors sales activities through planned double visits and with monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Ensures sales tools are utilized to maximum advantage in the marketplace for positioning and sales cultivation
• Analyzes and controls performance of every team member and coaches them in the success way.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement. • Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. • Achieve sales targets, usually on a monthly basis
• Continuous market monitoring, sales statistics and market research results analysis
• Defining improvement projects and marketing programs based on the results
• Providing and implementing a marketing plan (including promotional campaigns and ongoing marketing activities) with respect to brand strategies
• Helping to define new products based on the competitive position of products and competitors in the market.
• Providing and implementing the launch of new products plan
• Control the marketing budget and prepare the required reports
