Job Description

Objective: To manage execution of pricing, promotion, product & VAS and marketing communications programs and campaigns from concept to completion. To drive the development and execution of marketing strategy and plans as well as supporting larger corporate initiatives in Marketing. Main responsibilities: ● Actively participate in developing the marketing strategy including roadmap, business performance monitoring of all segments (revenues, GS, ARPU, market share, customer base and churn management, customer satisfaction level). ● Lead the implementation of strategies to grow targeted segments and overall value for company. ● Provide strategic direction, using a combination of relevant products & services. ● Lead development and management of new products and services for the business segment. ● Observe the relevant competitors strategic moves within the market (focused on product, VAS & Pricing) and create market scenarios. ● Develop pricing & promotion strategies and recommend for implementation. ● Ensure tailored pricing strategy. ● Ensure integrity of communications in terms of pricing and promotional offers, in alignment with Brand specification. ● Ensure products & services performance & manage its lifecycle. ● Manage synergy between business needs and products & services development. ● Support development and manage execution of a detailed product roadmap. ● Foster collaboration with third parties that own or can deliver key products and services. ● Ensure compliance of products and services with local regulations governing products and services in Iran. ● Leading and monitoring decisions regarding marketing of the new and existing product portfolios. ● Ensure integration and free flow of information between product development (in Commercial Division & Technology), Strategy & brand, guaranteeing all parties concerns are seen in the product development cycles. ● Evaluate new opportunities or expand revenue streams, Seek and identify new markets, new segments and new customers for new /existing products and ensure about product/enhancements implementation and launch. ● Manage campaign strategy development, especially relative to establishing campaign KPIs, both qualitative and quantitative.

Requirements

● M.Sc. in Management, Marketing, MBA or related fields. ● 6 years of management experience, 3 years in telecom environment. ● Commercial knowledge of terms and conditions. ● Knowledge of finance. ● VAS & telecom products. ● Market knowledge.
