Job Description

• Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies • Perform regular site visits, monitoring all on-going maintenance/construction projects Perform market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Requirements

• Previous working experience as a sales and marketing Specialist for (2) to (3)years • In depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods • Presentation skills, energy level • Client relationship • Negotiation skills • Meeting sales goal • Creativity, sales planning
