• Promote the company, support sales and increase the number of customers by implementing and following-up current trends in projects and marketing activities all around the country • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate local market trends and segments, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify and develop market opportunities. • Identifying appropriate channels to reach potential customers • Handling conversations and presentations and Identifying customer needs • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development. • Travelling to visit potential clients.
• Min 5 years of experience in sales and marketing (in Construction market is preferred) • Having a good public relation and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational & planning skills and the ability to work on multiple projects • Strong reporting skills with the ability to identify key points and develop action plans • Other certifications: Related Training is preferred
