Objective of the role: Increase sales, retaining the customers The sales and marketing expert is responsible for finding new potential customers and markets in Steel, Mines and Cement industries and fully cooperate with the other members of sales and marketing team to bring ideas for the organization in the marketing and business development fields. - making new leads and following them to widen the spectrum of the customers - Dealing with new and old customers - Analyze Consumer Preferences, Needs, and Buying habits - Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends - Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies - Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions - Prepare reports and present results to clients and management Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 to 17:20 Travel requirements: Within the country.
- University qualifications: BS or MS Degree in engineering fields - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in steel or mine industries is an asset. - Mining, Petrochemical or Mechanical engineering background would be an invaluable asset - Knowledge of commercial correspondences and communications in English - Energetic, self-sufficient, communicative, team player, problem solver, innovative, observant, hardworking, objective-oriented, learner, positive, responsible, initiative. - Specialist knowledge: Sales techniques, Market Analysis - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiation skills, Ability to work as a team member, excellent communication skills. - Computer and office skills advanced - English knowledge: fluent - Communication skills - Negotiation skills - Age Range: 24-34 - Female
