Job Description

Objective of the role: Sell & Market Hansa Shipping and Freight Forwarding Services. List of responsibilities: - Find new customers from databases provided - Approach new & potential customers and present them with our services - Keeping in contact with the customers, keeping them engaged and create a pleasant environment for them. - Submitting bookings on the organizational database and updating the info of each booking whenever needed. Reporting to: Sales Head, Sales Manager. Subordinates: No Subordinates. Length of Probation Period: 3 Months. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 AM - 4 PM, Thursday 8 AM - 12:30 PM. Travel requirements: Only to visit customers and attend meetings. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Net 1.8 Million Tomans. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: 26% Sales Commission.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc. in Marketing or related fields. - Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years of experience as a Sales or Marketing Executive. - Specialist knowledge: Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Negotiation Skills, Ability to work as a Team-Member, Ability to engage new Customers.
