Job Description

● Establish new relationships with existing customers and maintain existing relationships with existing customers. ● Evaluate and analyze customer feedback. ● Manage and understand and interpret the needs and wants of customers. ● Negotiate and conclude the sales process taking into account the different terms of the agreement between the parties. ● Provide suggestions for after-sales support services. ● Solve customer problems. ● Keep a track record of submitted proposals, and regular follow-ups with customers till finalizing and getting the order. ● Handle orders (service and/or supply), coordinate with vendors, internal technical and commercial departments till successful delivery and receiving customer’s final acceptance and satisfaction, track and follow releasing bank guarantees till finalizing commitments and successful order closure. ● Prepare required reports and submit them to management/before the requested due date. ● Provide logistical and/or administrative coordination support to field service engineers and technical staff to handle their missions. ● Meet assigned quarterly and yearly sales budgets and plan to increase profitability. ● Follow customers' outstanding payments to increase revenue and company cash flow. ● Adhere fully to company rules and regulations.

Requirements

● Knowledge of industrial and electrical products (LV, MV, Automation, Instrumentation, Motors, Drives, etc.) ● Good market intelligence and knowledge. ● Ability to present products and systems under the scope. ● Good learner and flexible for new challenges and work under urgencies and short deadlines. ● Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel. ● Excellent organizational and time-management skills-focused and precise. ● Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities and detail-oriented. ● Integrity and confidentiality. ● Great work commitment, teamwork spirit and communication skills. ● Ability to build network and communicate constructively and create new opportunities. ● Experience in sales and marketing of electrical equipment. ● Ability to advise customers and follow up on customer affairs. ● Ability to go on missions and make periodic customer visits to all parts of the country.
