Job Description
•Gathering and analyzing information on sales department activity and reporting to the sales manager •Writing and evaluating Sales Department’s weekly and monthly reports •Preparing reports on phone calls (inbound/outbound) for each sale experts and giving suggestions to effectively reduce costs in sales department •Gathering, categorizing and analyzing sales team’s feedback to report to sales manager •Preparing daily and monthly performance appraisals for each sales expert based on company’s standards •Reporting standard deviations by reviewing daily correspondents between sales team members and customers •Double checking sales expert’s customer data entry in the CRM and reporting to sales manager
Requirements
•BS/MS Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required •Minimum of 3 years relevant experience within sales operations, sales compensation or comparative field, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization. •Strong business and data analysis skills including building reports, working with complex spreadsheets, and databases to measure business performance. Possesses a working knowledge of relational database concepts and applications •Ability to accurately manipulate and move data to and from a variety of sources across multiple platforms; ability to query, sort, merge, combine, and summarize (e.g. R,TSQL, SQL Server / MS Access) •Ability to draw concise, well-supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue •Strong written, verbal and quantitative skills •Advanced PC skills in all MS Office applications •Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs •Familiarity with revenue recognition principles is a plus •Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision •Knowledge of Power BI software is necessary
