Job Description

Mission: • To manage and control over transactions in the areas of S&D financial accounting, electronic and digital sales, customer orders and banking Task Complexity: • To ensure S&D general ledger accounts including customers’ creditor and debtor balance, distributers’ payments and deposits, calculated commissions and refund of security deposits are correctly captured and maintained • To manage reconciliations of sales accounts in order to ensure integrity of captured data in ERP systems and related dashboards • To manage implementation of the distributors ordering and payment processes to ensure compliance with relevant agreements • To manage and settle disputes among distributors/vendors/clients regarding the S&D sales accounts • To oversee taxation affairs including VAT, Service Tax or any other taxes relevant to clients (i.e. Distributors, dealers, retailers and Banks) • To authorize adjusting entries for rectifying errors on issues identified during accounts reconciliation • To ensure service level agreements for all Banks, Distributors, and internal customers are fully complied with • To develop, implement and maintain PPP’s for S&D Financial Operations • To review sales performance reports to ensure sales efficiency • To provide monthly reports including sales performance to management
