Job Description

Meet sales target for Internet dedicated accounts Proactively provide new initiatives to expand market share and acquire new enterprise customers Being representative of company for corporate customers and manage their services Negotiating with customer on service type, pricing and contract matters Ensure customer satisfaction and being ambassador to meet his/requirement Manage contract renewal, upselling, expansion and churn Operate end-to-end sales process for enterprise customers Collaborate with marketing team and provide sight to develop proper campaign for new customers Interact with technical team to ensure customer SLA is met at the higher expectation

Requirements

Have Minimum 2 years of experience in Internet broadband services sales Well understating for Telecom/ICT industry Strong stakeholder relationship management skills Achiever with goal oriented mindset Being ambitious and have a strong desire to win
