Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities: - Rig engineering management including • Coding and Identifying drilling equipment and components • Technical and financial feasibility study for related services and new methods • Developing periodical rig engineering plans and objectives • Preparing analytical reports based on Daily Drilling Report • Supervision on maintaining a comprehensive archive including technical docs, equipment lists and etc - Technical services and technical operation management • Equipment selection based on technical demand/ service scope • Conducting cost/time optimization in drilling services • Conducting drilling services based on contractual obligations in coordination with internal plans • Providing required educational services for operational employees - Business Development Management, Rig Tendering Management • Preparing related tendering documents and proposals in drilling field (Financial, Technical) • Evaluating related tendering documents and proposals in drilling services (Financial, Technical)
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills: - Comprehensive technical knowledge in drilling field, drilling rig and its components - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques (Specially time, cost and resource management) - Familiarity with drilling risks and risk mitigation methods in drilling field - Familiarity with drilling HSE Standards Experience: - Minimum 10 years drilling field experience - Minimum 2 years management experience Education: - MSc in Mining Engineering/Petroleum Engineering Behavioral qualifications: - Responsibility (accountable for dedicated role) - Problem Solving (Result-based attitude, ability to conduct conflicts) - People Management (Ability to conduct disputes to an optimized solution)
