Job Description

Must be a subject matter expert regarding the design and manufacture of all aspects of passive & active component development for hi-rel RF & Communication Systems. Responsible for new requirements review, concept/proposal for technical approach, program schedule and budget creation/management. In this position, you will design and develop passive & active RF & microwave components including RF & microwave Filters, Multiplexers, Couplers, Dividers and Integrated Assemblies for RF & Communication. The knowledge and demonstrated ability to design high order, complex transfer function topologies, is required. The ability to lead a cross-functional team for new cost-competitive RF Modules from quotation, through design and development, into production release and manufacturing support.
