Job Description
● Monitor, analyze and optimize the company’s logistics capacity for reverse.
● Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
● Produce reports and statistics regularly (monthly on time pickup achievement, capacity fill rate, courier incentives).
● Prepare monthly reports in order to give feedback to the country DCs and get action.
● Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided by DC’s and drivers.
● Identify areas in need of method modification and courier training.
● Act as advisor to team members to meet schedules and resolve problems.
● Write and revise SOPs as required.
● Work to resolve and prevent customer complaints.
